Legal training to charities

The Fernando Pombo Foundation conveyed the workshop “The Criminal Code reform – criminal responsibility of legal entities and its implications for associations and foundations for social entities“, to which more than 20 different entities from all over Spain attended.

The session was part of a training cycle organized by the Lealtad Foundation about key aspects of the management of social entities, paying special attention to how the Criminal Code reform affects nonprofit entities.

Cristina Puigdengolas, lawyer and coordinator of the Project “Business and Human Rights” of the Fernando Pombo Foundation ran the workshop.

This collaboration is part of the Pro Bono Channel of the Fernando Pombo Foundation and of our commitment to the transparency and good governance principles of the Lealtad Foundation.
