The Fernando Pombo Foundation was invited to participate in the “Global Career Week”, an initiative organized by the Universidad Europea de Madrid (UEM) in order to show its last year students the possibilities they have when they finish their studies.
The Foundation was part of the panel “Working from compromise: NGO’s and professional careers”, which took place on April 26, 2016, in the UEM.

During the session, the speakers addressed the career challenges the social entities face, the challenges that come with globalization and the competences that the social entities and the international cooperation sector demand.
